CULCHETH'S newest Indian restaurant, Indi Ayan, is a hit with locals just eight weeks after opening.
Indi Ayan, on Common Lane in Culcheth, opened in March, and since then has delighted locals.
Culcheth residents may know the site as the Jhalak restaurant, but it has since reopened under new management, with a new name and brand to boot.
Indi Ayan's owner, Foyzun Nur, has already been involved in two other restaurants, one in Accrington and the other in Kirkham, and is confident that it's third time the charm.
He said: "I've not pushed the advertisement and publicity, because I wanted to take things slowly.
"But we're ready now."
Indi Ayan is set to have its grand opening event on Sunday 12th June, which will be attended by a number of MPs, including the minister for the HS2 railway.
The restaurant has had rave reviews online, with each review being five stars.
One customer said: "Went here on the opening night. We were welcomed by really friendly staff our meal was absolutely fantastic so much so we returned again on Friday for a repeat experience.
"This place is a must."
Another added: "Amazing food and service! All staff very friendly and attentive. Food was very fast but still so delicious! Recommend 200 per cent! Will not be disappointed when you come."
