A TOWN centre building you will have passed countless times is to be turned into flats.
Bold Street Chambers, in Warrington town centre, is under offer having been on the market since last year for £550,000.
Close to the Cultural Quarter and at the junction with Wilson Patten Street, plans have now been approved by Warrington Borough Council to convert the two properties into apartments.
The scheme would see 12 flats created after Warrington Borough Council approves the scheme.
That would include one two bedroom flat and 11 one bedroom flats.
They would be spaced across the three floors of the building.
