LABOUR Warrington North MP Charlotte Nichols has been re-selected as the party’s candidate for the next general election.
She confirmed the news in a tweet.
Ms Nichols said: “The next General Election frankly can't come soon enough.
“I'm proud to have been reselected unanimously by all participating branches and affiliated organisations of Warrington North Constituency Labour Party, as Labour's candidate ready for when the time comes!”
Ms Nichols won her Warrington North seat in the 2019 general election.
She added that it has been ‘an honour and a privilege’ to represent Warrington North since 2019, ‘championing and advocating for our town’s communities’.
