A NEW eaterie will be opening in the former site of a much-loved Chinese restaurant which served the community for more than 30 years.
Kelly’s Chinese Restaurant, based on London Road, Stockton heath, closed last month in what its owners, Simon and Kelly, described as a ‘bittersweet’ decision.
The pair, who served generations of customers, decided to call it a day to retire to spend more time with their family and relaxing.
And now, a new pan Asian restaurant, Satay, is set to open in its place.
There is no confirmed date for its opening yet – but it has shared it will be coming soon.
