POLICE are appealing for help to find a wanted man who failed to appear in court to face robbery charges.
A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Leroy Abbey Venner, who has links to Warrington.
The 53-year-old, from Liverpool, failed to attend court in November.
He is described as being 5ft8 and of a slim build with short or shaven black hair and brown eyes.
A Merseyside Police spokesman said: “We are appealing for help in finding a 53 year-old man who is wanted on warrant for failing to attend court.
“Leroy Abbey Venner, whose last known address was on Princes Road in Liverpool, was due to attend court on November 8 2021 in connection with robbery offences.
“He is described as 5ft 8in tall, of slim build with short black or shaven hair and brown eyes. He has links to the Toxteth and Warrington areas.
“Anyone who has seen him or knows of his whereabouts is asked to DM @MerPolCC or @CrimestoppersUK on 0800 555 111.”
