A DISTRAUGHT mum is making an urgent plea after her disability trike was stolen.

Jo Knibb is lost without her specially adaped bike as it is her only means of getting around.

The distinctive three wheel trike was stolen from outside her home in Latchford last night.

In a appeal on social media, Jo said: "I rely on this daily for taking my children to school, my mobility, independence.

"It's a one of a kind, not hard to miss and very recognisable.

Jo has reported the theft to the police.

Kind hearted residents have offered to collect money to replace the trike if it is not found.
