PRIMARY school pupils from Croft have been working hard to combat climate change.
Year two and year six pupils at St Lewis’ Catholic Primary School have planted trees in a bid to improve their school environment.
They also wanted to contribute to cleaner air quality and create biodiversity for wildlife habitats.
The youngsters also planted the trees in aid of The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee next year.
Warrington's mayor, Cllr Maureen Creaghan, paid the school a visit for the special occasion.
