WARRINGTON Gymnastics Club’s Megan Smith, Zoe Morton and Beth Jones have become regional and county all-round champions.

She was one of numerous members of the club to travel to Salford to compete in the integrated Cheshire & Merseyside and North West levels 4, 3 and 2 competitions.

Smith, who competes at level 2 (the highest in the competitions), won gold in both sections for floor and bars, both silvers on vault and silver on beam for C&M.

Level 3 senior Morton collected gold on beam and silver on bars in both sections.

At level 4 juniors Jones also took both titles, having achieved gold on floor and bars and silver on beam. She also collected silver on vault for C&M.

Her teammate Lucy Allen Hancock was crowned county vault champion and also secured silvers on bars, beam and floor.

She was placed third in the north west and second in C&M.

In the level 3 section, Edie Coyle was second all round in both events, having secured both golds on bars and beam, two silvers on vault and bronze on floor.

Brogan Dakin was crowned C&M floor champion. She also placed second on bars and third on beam for the county, earning second place all round in both competitions.

In the level 4 senior competition, Emily Myles became county floor champion and bagged second in the north west, while placing seventh overall in the region.

Iris Bray pocketed the C&M beam title, while also banking silver in the regional competition. She was fourth overall after receiving the county silver on vault.

Daisy Graham earned the C&M silver on bars and the north west bronze, finishing sixth all around for the region and fifth for the county.

Anna Whitehead received bronze for bars and finished second all round in both sections of the competition.
