The annual Remembrance Sunday service took place at the Cenotaph on Bridge Foot earlier today.
Mayor of Warrington Cllr Maureen Creaghan was joined by veterans, leaders from the town’s religious communities and members of the armed forces during the commemoration.
A parade set off from Warrington Town Hall at 10.20am and made its way to the war memorial via Springfield Street, Palmyra Square, Suez Street, Rylands Street and Bridge Street.
