CAN you help to give the longest stayer at Grappenhall’s Cheshire Dogs' Home his forever home?
Tucker is a five-year-old characterful, retired racing greyhound who loves being fussed.
He can be stronger on the lead when he gets excited and has a ‘very high’ prey drive due to his career in racing, so he needs a home without small animals.
His new humans would need to be aware that he may mistake smaller dogs as chase subjects and that because of this, he will also need to continue to wear a muzzle on his walks as he’s been trained to do so.
Staff at the home describe Tucker as ‘a cheeky boy who’s keen to be part of everything and just loves being the centre of attention'.
People interested in meeting Tucker with a view to adopting him should call Cheshire Dogs’ Home on 0300 102 1212 to make an appointment.
