A BEWSEY man who exceeded the speed limit on a smart motorway has been fined over £300 in total.
Hubert Habas, of Southworth Avenue, was caught by speed cameras travelling 59mph in Salford on the Manchester Smart Motorway Scheme.
He appeared before Greater Manchester Magistrates’ Court on October 5.
The 33-year-old was handed a £200 fine, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £34 and costs of £90 – a total of £324 for the offence.
He was also issued with three points on his driving licence.
