LYMM'S May Queen festival returned yesterday, Saturday and it was enjoyed across the village.
Statham Primary School's Charlotte Booker (May Queen) and Leah Poole (Rose Queen) were paraded through the streets to the field with many floats and residents following them and cheering them on.
More than 2,500 people were estimated to have turned out for the event and with that, meant there were some cracking photos.
