A MAN who was stopped by officers while riding an e-Scooter in Warrington has been charged with drug driving.
James Cooper of Poplars Avenue, Orford, was arrested by officers after being stopped on Hilden Road at around 4:30pm on Friday, March 19.
He has since been charged with two counts of drug driving, for cannabis and cocaine, and for possession of class A drugs, cocaine, and possession of class B drugs, cannabis.
The 33 year old was also charged with driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
The man has been summoned to appear at Warrington Magistrates Court at 2pm on Wednesday August, 18.
