YOUR opinions and feedback on health and social care in Warrington could drive real change.

Independent charity Healthwatch Warrington is asking residents to let it know what is working well and what could be improved in the town through Virtual Voices.

Because Healthwatch is independent, it has the chance to make a change to services and can feedback to NHS Warrington CCG, the CQC and Warrington Borough Council.

As well as providing a vital insight into health and social care experiences, residents who take part in online surveys have a chance of winning vouchers for Warrington Market.

By signing up to be part of Virtual Voices, you will be invited to complete regular email polls, online questionnaires and surveys that will delve into how health and social care bodies deliver their services.

This feedback will then be taken on board to make improvements and help ensure services across the borough are of the highest possible standard.

The Virtual Voices panel will offer the chance to give insight into a several issues ranging across a variety of health and social services.

Discussion topics could include anything from hospital waiting times to the wording used in discharge letters.

On average, Healthwatch sends out around two surveys per month which take no more than fifteen minutes to complete.

The more surveys you fill out, the better your chance of winning a voucher to spend at a local business too.
