A TOWN centre sales and letting agent is offering commission-free house sales for NHS staff.
Belvoir Sales and Lettings Agents, which is based on Sankey Street, has announced the move to say thank you to the key workers.
Director Gary Pemberton hailed the ‘amazing job’ the NHS is doing for the country.
“I know my family is personally touched by what the NHS have done for my family,” he added.
“Three of my family members have been in hospital over the last year due to Covid.
“It’s absolutely incredible what they’re doing. So, as a team, at Belvoir Sales and Letting Agents, Warrington, we want to say a thank you.
“So what we’re offering to do is sell 10 houses commission free for anyone who works in the NHS who is in a local Warrington area. So to stress, 10 houses in the whole of 2021 commission free for anyone who works in the NHS.
“We just want to say a huge thank you to the NHS – thank you for everything you’re doing.”
As part of the offer, the company will cover any houses that NHS workers own that are in the following postcodes: WA1, WA2, WA3, WA4, WA5, WA7, WA12 and WA13.
