YOUTHS were reportedly seen throwing ducklings in a park yesterday afternoon.
A group of teenagers were seen ‘chucking ducklings around’ in Alexandra Park in Stockton Heath on Sunday, May 9.
The incident was reported to Cheshire Police, with officers having attended the scene and found the birds to be ‘safe and well’.
A force spokesman said: “At 2.45pm on Sunday, May 9, police received a report of youths throwing ducklings at Alexandra Park in Stockton Heath.
“Officers attended to the scene and found the ducklings to be safe and well.
“Anyone with any information is asked to contact Cheshire Police on 101, quoting incident number IML983784.”
