SPEED limits have been reduced for motorists using Thelwall Viaduct this afternoon, Tuesday.
Strong winds are being reported on the M6 in both directions between junction 21 for Woolston and junction 20 for the M56 at Lymm Interchange.
The viaduct remains open, however traffic is being advised to slow down.
Overhead matrix signs have been set to 50mph.
