⭐️⭐️⭐️ The eagle-eyed amongst you may have already spotted us in @thetimes over the weekend, as we featured in their Top 50 food & drink recommendations, but today it is official - our Bloomsbury Blend has been awarded the coveted 3-star award from the @guildoffinefood at their 2020 Great Taste Awards! Often described as ‘the Oscars’ of the food and drink industry, we are absolutely overwhelmed and delighted to have received the 3 star award. However, the award goes beyond our roastery door, and we couldn’t have achieved the result without the skilful coffee growers who grew, nurtured, harvested and processed the coffee cherries and beans before they even landed on our shores. It’s a team effort from field to cup. Head over to our website to purchase online, head to one of our independent stockists to pick up a bag off the shelves, or get in touch to find out it’s being brewed in a venue near you! #greattaste2020 #3stars #awardwinningcoffee #greattasteawards #greattasteawards2020 #guildoffinefood #cheshirecoffee #tastecheshire #roastedincheshire #coffeeroasters

The judges applauded this “rich and well-rounded” blend of naturally processed Mundo Novo beans from Brazil and washed Typica beans from Mexico, enjoying the coffee’s “chocolate and caramel notes with a hint of Biscoff biscuit flavour and a lovely nuttiness which develops into a bright and fresh acidity.”

Wrights Food Group also produced an award-winning sausage roll and Africa Al's Handmade African Sauces got two gold stars for their West African Hot & Spicy Curry Paste.

Their Old Tom craft beer is described as “rich, malty and warming” with a distinctive deep port wine finish.

The award-winning alcoholic beverages don’t stop there as SK9 Enterprises Ltd were also awarded for their Declaration Dry Gin; GreatDrams also received an accolade for their  Blended Cask Series Batch 03 whisky.
