Car left facing wrong way on motorway as caravan overturns on slip road
THIS was the scene after a caravan overturned on the M6 this morning.
The accident occurred on the slip road to the northbound carriageway of the motorway at junction 21 for Woolston at around 11.30am today, Saturday.
It is believed that nobody was injured during the incident, which did not involve any other vehicles.
A vehicle towing the caravan was seen facing into oncoming traffic on the M6, with the left-hand lane closed as a result.
The slip road reopened at around 2.30pm after the vehicle was cleared.
