A BIKER was seriously injured after a crash in Burtonwood yesterday morning.
Police received reports of an accident involving a motorbike and a bicycle on Alder Lane shortly before 11am on Wednesday, August 12.
The motorbike rider was rushed to hospital with serious injuries following the incident near to the Fiddle I’th Bag pub.
His condition is described as stable and not life-threatening.
It is not clear whether the cyclist was injured during the collision.
A Cheshire Police spokesman said: “Officers were called just before 11am on Wednesday, August 12, to Alder Lane following reports of a collision involving a motorbike and a cyclist.
“The male motorcyclist was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
“His condition is described as stable and non-life-threatening.”
