THE reception team of Athletic Junior Football Club in Penketh is set to look the part as they train to be footballers of the future thanks to their new sponsor.
The team, aged between five and six, has a new kit courtesy of Warrington-based electrical company Premium Appliance Brands.
Guy Weaver, chief executive of PAB, said: "Young people should be encouraged to get involved in sport and we're delighted to be supporting rising football talent in our local community."
Andrew Gill and Stuart Clark from Cromwell Athletic JFC added: "In our academy team we have passionate youngsters who dream of becoming the next Wayne Rooney or Steven Gerrard, thanks to the sponsorship from PAB the children can really feel part of the team."
