FIREFIGHTERS were called after a flat was severely flooded in the early hours of this morning (Saturday).
A fire engine attended the address on Pepper Street, Appleton at around 1.30am.
The flooding is believed to have been caused by a leak from a plastic pipe in the flat above.
Crews isolated the water supply to prevent further flooding and assisted with a salvage operation in the flat before leaving.
