One lane is shut on the M62 at Burtonwood this morning
A VEHICLE is stranded in the outside lane of the M62 this morning, Tuesday and it is causing long delays.
The car has broken down on the eastbound carriageway at junction 8 for Burtonwood.
Lane three of three is closed and congestion is building in the area.
