CULCHETH Rotary Club have announced where children can see Santa and his sleigh this festive period.
Children of all ages can listen out the unmistakable Christmas music from December 7 as Santa makes his way through the community.
Dates and venues include:
- Saturday, December 7, Bents, 10am- 4pm
- Thursday, December 12, Gorse Covert street tour, 6.30- 8pm
- Friday, December 13, Culcheth Sainsbury’s, 10am- 4pm
- Saturday, December 14, Bents, 10am- 4pm
- Monday, December 16, Culcheth street tour, 6.15- 8pm
- Wednesday, December 18, Culcheth street tour, 6.15- 8pm
- Thursday, December 19, Fowley Common street tour, 6.30- 8pm
- Friday, December 20, Croft street tour 6.15- 8pm
On Monday, the club raised more than £1,000 for charity thanks to the generosity of the community.
Hundreds of people attended the festive 15th Roy Harrison Memorial Concert at Culcheth Sports Club where they enjoyed a relaxing evening of classical music performed by members of the famous Halle Orchestra.
The night raised more than £1,300 for the Rotary Foundation, a charity dedicated to helping disadvantaged people across the world.
