Longbarn Residents Association
LONGBARN has been honoured by Britain in Bloom for a fourth year running.
The Longbarn Residents’ Association has been awarded an outstanding rating for 2019 in the Britain in Bloom North West’s It’s Your Neighbourhood Award scheme.
It is the fourth consecutive year that the LRA has entered the competition, and a fourth year in a row it has received an outstanding rating.
Judges were particularly impressed by the group’s inclusion of the whole community, from youngsters at Wind in the Willows nursery to the elderly and disabled.
The LRA was presented with the award during a ceremony in Southport on Halloween.
