BISTROT Pierre is celebrating Stockton Heath’s favourite flavours, with a special new menu launched this week to celebrate the group’s 25th birthday.

The first Bistrot Pierre opened in Nottingham in 1994, with its Stockton Heath restaurant following in 2010 – joining the group’s 24 nationwide bistrots.

‘Best of Bistrot Pierre: as voted for by you,’ is available at lunch during August and features 12 classic dishes, including French onion soup, coq au vin and boeuf bourguignon.

However for user’s of the group’s loyalty app – Mon Pierre – the menu will also be available Sunday to Thursday evenings.

The ‘bespoke birthday menu’ was put together through the counting of more than 5,300 customer votes for their favourite dishes.

John Whitehead, co-founder of Bistrot Pierre, said: “Our customers are part of our story and they’re central to the group’s success – so we knew we wanted to do something to celebrate our 25th birthday that involved them."

General manager of London Road’s Bistro Pierre Carolina Navarrete added: “There really is something for everyone and we can’t wait to welcome customers to the bistrot to sample our unique new menu and join our 25th birthday celebrations.”

Two and three-course options available, priced at £12.95 and £14.95.
