Queues on the M62
THERE is heavy traffic on the M62 in Warrington after a car broken down this morning, Wednesday.
One lane is closed near to junction 11 at Birchwood with the car breaking down on the grass verge at lane one.
Heavy traffic is being reported eastbound, back towards Warrington.
