A MAN driving dangerously and without insurance, failed to stop after crashing into a Ford Focus in Birchwood.
Elliot Watson, of West Lane in Latchford, pleaded guilty to four charges after he got behind the wheel of his Peugeot Partner van while disqualified.
He drove along Dewhurst Road in Birchwood on Tuesday, January 29 and crashed into a Ford Focus before driving off.
The 33-year-old appeared at Warrington Magistrates' Court last Wednesday, March 6, and was handed a 16-week sentence suspended for 18 months.
He was also ordered to carry out 100 hours unpaid work, pay a victim surcharge of £115 and £85 in court costs.
Watson has been disqualified from driving for another two years.
