FROM pigs to rabbits and donkeys to alpacas, there is plenty for visitors to enjoy at Walton Hall children's zoo.
But rangers still need to keep track of all their residents.
So Warrington Guardian photographer Dave Gillespie joined ranger Peter Cookson-Dean for the annual stock take of the creatures on display.
All zoos need to keep a record of the animals as part of its licence agreement.
The three alpacas proved easy to record. You can currently book on for walks through the estate with the animals
The doves prove slightly more difficult to keep a track of
And the red squirrels are currently inside due to the winter
But the resident donkeys are always a popular attraction
