The suspect is set to appear in court today
A 37-year-old man has been charged with 10 counts of theft from shops and a service station in the town.
Damian Wisedale, of Rowland Close, Fearnhead, has been remanded in custody to appear at Warrington Magistrates’ Court today, Friday.
Police launched an investigation following reports of incidents over a five-month period between September 13 and January 16.
