THOMAS FREDERICK SMITH Passed away peacefully at, Warrington General Hospital on Wednesday 9th January 2019, aged 93 years. He will be sadly missed by all of his family and friends. The funeral service will take place at Walton Lea Crematorium on Thursday 24th January 2019, at 11:40am. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Brain Tumour Research.
