FIREFIGHTERS from Warrington were called to a crash involving three lorries on the M6 this morning, Wednesday.
The incident, which occurred at 7.15am northbound between junction 18 for Middlewich and junction 19 for Knutsford, closed two lanes and caused over 10 miles of delays.
Upon arrival, crews from Lymm, Birchwood and Trafford discovered a collision between three heavy goods vehicles in the roadworks area.
No-one was trapped in the vehicles but firefighters remained at the scene to make the lorries safe.
