IT'S beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
And as the countdown continues we thought we would take a peek at the forecast for the big day.
While hopes of snow have been dashed, if you're keen for a stroll after your Christmas dinner you're in luck.
Christmas Day is expected to be a dry day with lingering low cloud and perhaps fog.
Temperatures will reach highs of 9 degrees throughout the afternoon and evening.
If you've got any last minute shopping to do on Christmas Eve, it's expected to be another dry day.
But if you were hoping to go out for one last walk to see your neighbours' lists on Christmas Eve you might struggle.
The forecast is for mist from 6pm.
