DOZENS of bags of rubbish were collected during a litter pick in Fearnhead.
A total of 67 bin bags full of litter were collected during the pick, organised my the Fearnhead Community Association.
Nineteen volunteers spent two hours tidying the Fearnhead Cross and Padgate Library area.
Warrington Borough Council environment manager Kathy Sephton said: “I would like to take this opportunity to thank the volunteers for supporting community litter picks to keep the environment clean and tidy.”
