AN ACCIDENT involving two lorries and a car is causing two-hour delays on the M6 southbound.
There are long delays and queuing traffic from junction 21 for Woolston to junction 20 A50 Cliff Lane for the Lymm Interchange.
All lanes have now been reopened but one remains closed as sweepers clear the scene.
Congestion is currently backed up to junction 21A / M62 Croft Interchange and the matrix sign set to 40 mph.
Delays of around two hours are being reported and traffic is being directed through lane three by the police.

Two drivers were taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Police say it is not being helped by holiday traffic.
