LA Bowl is set to reopen under a new name following a £500,000 makeover.
The Winwick Quay bowling alley will become Tenpin when it unveils its refurbishment on Friday, July 27.
Over the past couple of weeks, the 32,000sq ft site has been undergoing a major transformation.
A new bar and reception area have been installed, as well as an upgraded laser combat arena and a ‘fresh and modern’ update to the interior.
Tenpin’s 44th bowling alley in the UK also boasts new signage, frontage and doors plus an upgrade to IT and technology on the site – introducing new scoring systems.
General manager Andy Swan said: “The new centre is in a fantastic location with great transport links and in the middle of a thriving retail area, and we’re sure it will become the go-to place for families and bowling enthusiasts to come and bowl for years to come."
