A MAN has been charged with actual bodily harm after allegedly stamping on the head of a customer at a pub in Sankey Bridges.
Police were called to a pub on Old Liverpool Road on Saturday, April 14, after receiving reports that a man’s head had been stamped on during an assault.
Officers subsequently arrested a 49-year-old man in the Great Sankey area at around 6am yesterday, Monday.
Paul Hodgkinson, of Chicago Place in Chapelford, has subsequently been charged with actual bodily harm.
He is due to appear at Warrington Magistrates Court next month to face the charges.
