THREE elections for posts on Penketh Parish Council will take place next week.
The ballots are being held in the West and East wards of the parish council and the elections will take place next Thursday, April 26.
For the West ward, Joe Dodd, Geoff Fellows and Craig Joseph Lenihan, all independent will take part, Ray McKay and Kenny Watson, are standing for Labour and Lawrence James Worswick is the Conservative candidate.
In the east ward, four candidates will be on the ballot paper.
John Edward Fowles, Independent, Phil Hayward, Conservative, Michael Andrew Potts, Independent and Dale Martin Solan, Labour.
