STRUGGLING with your New Year's resolutions and in need of a boost?
Last year we asked readers to send in their before and after weight loss success pictures to encourage others they can do it too.
And after putting together an incredibly inspirational gallery, we have decided to do the same again this year with our Class of 2018 Super Slimmers.
Click the gallery above to see our super slimmers' pictures and then read below some of the stories behind how they did it in their own words.
There's still time to send in your pictures. Just click on the form below.
Gill Tasker's story
It started three ago when I was out shopping and somebody approached me asking how far I had left (I wasn’t pregnant) from that day I decided to make a change.
I started to cut out all the rubbish and take up exercise and within a year I’d lost 4 stone.
I felt amazing and wanted to help others so decided to do my fitness qualifications and went on the Clubbercise course. I started my classes with only two people in Great Sankey.
Most people would give up but it was so important to me to try and help others lose their weight and reach their goals.
Over the last two years I have managed to drop another 4 stone with a total of a 8 stone loss. I am so extremely proud as around 200 Warrington Clubbers attend the Gill Tasker Clubbercise experience and their results have been absolutely amazing with one Clubber losing nearly 6 stone.
I wish I could go back three years and thanks that person who asked me how far gone I was because that was my wake up call.
Anthony Meehan's story
I lost 9 stone in a year with Slimming World and going to the gym three times a week. I've been doing weight toning and 20 mins cardio walking up hill.
Louise Dutton's story
After 14 months attending the Jenny Osborne 12pm Monday session at Marina Avenue I hit my target of 6 stone loss.
