PLANS for a former office building in the town centre to be extended and converted into apartments have been approved.
The Assembly Rooms, on Town Hill, will be turned into six one-bedroom flats as part of plans that will see an extra storey added to the building.
Warrington Borough Council has granted Tahu Properties Limited planning permission for the development of the former GMB trade union offices.
