POLICE have released CCTV images of a suspected teenage armed robber who targeted an off-license in Latchford.
A convenience store on Loushers Lane was robbed by two men brandishing a hockey stick at around 9.45pm on Tuesday, November 7.
The pair demanded that the shop assistant handed over cash from the till before leaving the store with money and a bottle of alcohol.
Cheshire Police have now released a CCTV image of one of the suspects as well as pictures of a hockey stick and jacket similar to ones the offender had with him on the night.
He is described as being white, aged 17 to 20, around 5ft10 and of a skinny build, and was wearing a black hoodie with the hood up, black gloves and black tracksuit bottoms.
The teen had long, mousey brown hair and ‘pointed’ facial features while the hockey stick appeared to be well used with blue and white markings.
His suspected accomplice was described as being white, aged 17 or 18, around 5ft11 and of a stocky build with a pale complexion and fair coloured eyes.
He was wearing a black coat and black tracksuit bottoms with something covering his mouth, and was also carrying an unknown weapon.
Anyone with information is urged to contact Cheshire Police on 101, quoting incident number 904 of November 7, or to call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
