One lane on the M56 was closed until 4.45pm
MOTORISTS heading in and out of Warrington on the M56 have been warned to expect severe rush hour delays.
There is queueing traffic at the scene following an earlier accident which involved three cars on the eastbound of the route between junction 12 and 14.
One lane was closed until 4.45pm and motorists are also experiencing congestion on the westbound side 'as people slow past the scene'.
