Crews tackle car fire on Padgate campus
FIREFIGHTERS were called to a car fire at the Padgate campus of the University of Chester.
The alarm was raised at 12.50pm today, Wednesday, on Crab Lane.
A Cheshire Fire spokesman added: "Crews used a hose reel jet to extinguish a fire located in the engine compartment of the vehicle."
It is not thought anyone was hurt.
