HEARTLESS thieves have stolen £3,000 from St Lewis' Primary School in Croft - money raised by children for charities sponsored by the school.
The burglary happened overnight between December 16 and 17.
Intruders entered the school on Mustard Lane and stole the large amount of cash from a safe.
The funds had been donated by pupils for two charities.
Cheshire Police is investigating.
Anyone with information can call 101, quoting incident number 233 of December 17.
