THE Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has launched a ‘Call for Projects’ as part of its ongoing Growing Places Fund (GPF).
The GPF for Cheshire and Warrington currently stands at £9million and the LEP is looking for delivery ready projects that are seeking financial backing.
The LEP has already offered competitive loans for projects like Omega and Edgewater Park.
To be considered for the current call ending on July 31, the project must be delivery ready, have a clear exit strategy, have sufficient security and already have a delivery team in place.
Nicolas Rigby from GVA, the company which launched the GPF said: “The Growing Places Fund has the potential to make a significant difference in the sub region at a time when many proposed schemes are unable to proceed due to capital constraints.”
Enquiries should be sent to Nicola Rigby at gpfenquiries@gva.co.uk.
