A FESTIVAL celebrating diversity in the community is back for a fourth year.
Warrington Mela will take place in August and features the likes of Warrington Ethnic Communities Association, Golden Gates Housing Trust and Warrington Borough Council working together.
This year’s event will celebrate Warrington’s different cultures through live music, dancing, children’s entertainment, crafts and more.
There is free entry to the event, which is on Sunday, August 10 in Queen’s Gardens and Parr Hall, and there are also stalls selling food, clothing and jewellery from around the world.
The event, also supported by Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service, Cheshire Police, Stronger Together and Warrington Voluntary Action, will run from 11am to 5pm.
For stall booking and further information contact Moazzam Hussain on 07814 037411 or moazzamh@hotmail.co.uk or Hassan Kazi on 07790 265234 or ashu_kazi@hotmail.com.
