STAFF at Asda in Birchwood had 70 inches of hair lopped off between them in aid of The Little Princess Trust.
Ten women had seven inches cut off their pony tail while store manager Richard O’Mahony, four male colleagues and three customers also had their heads shaved for the charity.
The Little Princess Trust provides real-hair wigs for youngsters that have lost their own through cancer.
Organiser Mary Whitehead said: “My dad Roy Lynch died very quickly with cancer in September 2011.
“I wanted to do something in his memory.”
