A SCHEME to extend Alban Retail Park in Dallam could change.
Developers Derwent Construction Ltd has put forward a new scheme which would see the creation of two new shop units on part of the former Fiat factory site.
The site already has approval for industrial units as part of a wider redevelopment of the site off Winwick Road.
Work has already started on constructing some of the five new retail units approved by Warrington Borough Council.
