NETWORK Warrington has appointed a new interim managing director.
Damien Graham will take on the role for the next six months.
Mr Graham has worked for the company for more than 36 years.
He takes over from Ann-Marie Slavin. She had the caretaker role since David Squire left the business last year.
Chairman of the bus company Maureen Banner said: “We are delighted that Damian has accepted this role and I, the board of Network Warrington and the shareholder give him our full support in his new position.”
The Warrington Guardian understands the appointment came about after a failed round of interviews to find a permanent replacement for Mr Squire.
A spokesman said his immediate role will be to undertake a review of all departments to make sure that the company remains sustainable for the foreseeable future.
