THE operators of a coach returning from a music festival, which crashed killing Warrington driver Colin Daulby and two passengers, have had their licence revoked.
A public inquiry took place on Monday into travel company Merseypride Travel, based in Speke, after an inquest earlier in the year heard a tyre nearly 20-years-old blew out on the coach causing it to crash.
Fearnhead driver Colin Daulby, aged 63 and passengers 18-year-old Michael Molloy and 23-year-old Kerry Ogden, both from Liverpool, died when their coach swerved off the road and smashed into a tree.
